Good Habits


Just do a little each day as directed. Enthusiasm must be used skillfully. The improvements will come as part and parcel of new habits we want to form. Our daily habits will make or break us. The only way to get rid of a bad habit is to replace it with a good one. One of the most difficult habits to break is negative thinking. One thing that has worked for me is to be more conscious of my thoughts moment by moment. When negativity begins, I immediately think, ‘NO, I’m going to do it different this time’. Sometimes I had to go through that process 3 or 4 times per minute, but over time I started to prevail and lift myself up. The Power of Positive Thinking has really changed my life.
