The power of positive thinking is an essential part of being happy. It can help in improving self esteem so we can focus on abundance. Abundance in love, family, health, work and play.
Some people find that a confidence building affirmation, to think about and repeat several times a day, helps them to accomplish what they want in life. Sometimes listening to soft beautiful music allows us to let go of the hectic day and brings a sense of peace and happiness. Personally I use all of the above suggestions, and I add scriptures and prayer which helps me through my troubles so I can be happy. Whatever method you use, it does take some effort to be happy on a daily basis.
